O'roura emerged from a dimensional door into a thick plume of mist far too dense for her to see her toes or the shore she stood on. Even Koudo's portal, not even a foot behind her, barely retained its resilient blue glow. O'ra anxiously bit her lip as she checked all of her cardinal direction for a break in the practically malevolent haze but to no avail. She couldn't see the infamous trees piercing thes skies. The mist was all encompassing, pervading and borderline invasive. It definitely kept her on edge lest she be caught off guard by regional predators who thrive within Nozuma's veil. However, she kept her wits about her while taking a few cautious steps toward the melody of crashing waves. Their quest began somewhere in its leagues.

"Ugh, what the fuck mist?"

O'ra grunted, condemning the plague of mist as if it could address her plea while she challenged its density. Every step she took plunged her deeper into the veil, she could feel every individual benign water droplet collectively grow more abrasive against her skin the further she trekked. Soon, her visual perimeter would decay from a five foot radius to the length of her wingspan. Disgruntled, O'ra sharply exhaled a crimson flower of embers that too was quickly swallowed by the mist. She imagined Koudo's portal would have teleported the two of them to the cusp of the Acselle Sea, having been given the exact coordinates and all. However, O'ra was beginning to wonder if she'd made any progress at all. On the dime she stopped in her tracks and quickly turned around, she couldn't shake the eerie feeling of preying or pursuing oculars any longer.

...

O'roura's lightning quick swivel however availed her nothing but kicked up sand; she turned only to find her inner fears, anxiety, and more girdling mist breathing down her neck. The brisk caress of the ocean breeze and the harp of the rushing waves left O'ra assured that she hadn't wandered too far from her point of interest, yet her eyes betrayed her. The sandy surface she'd been stomping on for at least twenty minutes stretched onwards for what seemed like miles in every conceivable direction, but when she checked behind her, there hadn't been a single foot print.

"Shit.. Koudo?"

Granted it was a long shot, O'roura thought that maybe Koudo had trailed her and possibly caught up by now. But she lost sight of his portal several minutes ago, which either meant that he got lost in the opaque maze as well, or he hadn't set out just yet. She waited about a minute or two for a response, calling out to him a few more times. But only the silence of the mist responded.

..Solo then.

He expected thick, ominous mist. It was the attraction, the crown jewel, of the Acselle Sea. He never cared for it, but it was the perfect place to get rid of certain troublemakers or to hide secrets you didn't want people to discover. Most times, those things coincide more than most people expect.

Koudo had trailed O'roura out of the portal, and walked beside her the entire path she travel, but he chose to mask his presence; something he was very good at doing. It was a spur of the moment choice, and maybe for a stupidly selfish reason, but Koudo felt that what she was to face in these mists she needed to face alone, in a sort of metaphysical sense. This could change her entire outlook on the world and grow her as a person, not that she wasn't already a fully realized powerhouse of emotion and individualistic sass. While he was here for any back-up that she might require, he preferred to play the sidekick.

Vao...

Without warning, a grisly clammy hand graced O'ra's cheek ever so slightly full of lust and nostalgia, with it carried a rancid smell all to familiar to our Reaver. Her face was so soft whereas this appendage felt like a rotting corpse, it even left some slimy residue of excrement upon her cheek after all trace of it's owner vanished.

He had found her. She, the voice, the woman, told him she wouldn't be able to stay away, and after months of searching they had been brought to this place. United to this place. Bound, to this place.

Follow the signs, follow the signs, FOLLOW THE SIGNS!

The voice was loud in some areas and quiet in others as if it's harbinger was omniscient throughout the Treetops.

She had brought a visitor? Odd, but most certainly welcome. If it was the Heylin Lich then perhaps there was cause for worry, not many get to witness the birth of a God.

O'ra gazed blankly into the ghastly emptiness for a moment as if she'd been expecting something to charge at her from its depths, she sucked her teeth when nothing actually leapt out. She flicked her nose and turned back around, continuing where she imagined to be seaward through the bleak misty veil. Before long she could feel the very cool breeze of the sea brush against her bare, tiny feet.

...

The brisk whistle of the rustling waters was melodic, soothing her battle calloused toes and kissing against the nape of her exposed neck. For a moment she stood unbothered, soaking her feet in a daydreamy trance. But only for a moment before she threw her jacket unto the sandy shore with a sudden caustic grunt. O'roura had always been an excellent swimmer so the excursion hadn't itself been the issue, but it was the daunting truth that she hadn't a clue as to what she was diving for.

So I'm looking for what? Some sort of symbol at the bottom of the sea written a million years ago? Agh, I really need to thin--.

Then, O'roura literally felt time come to a bloody bone tingling halt. The ghoulish caress of the uninvited caused her soul to quake and tremble. Her lungs felt tight, but managed to take a single sharp breath constricted with fear.

..no

It took every muscle to move her trembling hand to swipe the grime from her cheek, and it took muscles she never knew about to keep herself from tearing the tainted slab of flesh from her face. Its sour stench had been forever burned into her memory after nearly having her head reduced to a chew toy by this specter. She was paralyzed by terror, a prisoner in her own skin, trapped within a foggy nightmare.

Thoroughly desensitized to supernatural occurrences, Koudo immediately began to think of this more like a mission than a friendly scavenger hunt. It was a shame too, cuz he really had hoped they wouldn't actually need to tire themselves out before they went off world. There was no telling if they would have the time to replenish themselves beforehand.

"Calm down and breathe."

Besides the rancid smell of decaying flesh trying to infiltrate his highly sensitive nostrils, Koudo hadn't paid any mind to anything else that happened. Not the voices, nor the hand that chose to invade O'roura's personal boundaries. It was par for the course.

He placed an invisible hand to her shoulder, hoping his voice wouldn't spook her into thinking this hand was that of whatever had her scratching at her cheek like a coke fiend scratched at the imaginary bugs under their skin, and that she could overcome this special kind of overflow of dementia. He'd seen the effects before in people inflicted with the accursed insanity of the Veritas, and related it to that as his only frame of reference, though that brand of insanity was always something entirely different and uniquely tied to the head family of that village. Most times, in the early stages, all someone needed was a pat on the shoulder to snap them back and if that didn't work... he could always just punch her in the back of her head.

That rank, rotting zombified smell colluded with the monotonous gnashing of teeth on rubber- chewing.

"It's not the fact that I'm still chewing on your face that scares you is it?"

It persistedm permeating the mists, and seduced them into slight gales that graced O'roura round back toward her destiny. They both had come so far. She made him do unspeakable things to get here, he would not be refused... not now.

"It's the fact that you know we cannot escape each other. You feel it, you felt it the first time you were free, the first time you leaped into the atmosphere."

Koudo?!

O'roura's fiendlike jittering halted once she recognized his familiar presence. His astral comfort forced a nervous smirk to crack through the terror clutching her face, she was almost certain he ditched her. Turns out he was more of a vigilant knight rather than the protective guardian, she almost felt as of a needless apology was in order. But that ghost demanded all five of her senses, haunting the already spooky mist and cleat dancing on her nerves.

She had to get a grip. After taking a deep breath O'ra's gaze snapped back into cutting focus. She exhaled her paralyzing fears and adjusted her stance more appropriate for her burst of bravery, and a smidgen of desperation.

"You totally shouldn't be here."

A bead of sweat dripped down the scar across O'ra's eye, which was twitching with a blend of courage, excitement, and spine chilling anxiety. There was no doubt in her mind that this decrepit parasite had died in the chaos during her first transformation, so exactly how did he survive? How did he track her?

"I shouldn't be here.."

Despite her best efforts, she couldn't see or hear through the misty veil. But there was a tingling reminder in her spine that assured his prescence was near. Her tough exterior dwindled as she tried to rationalize its motive and give concrete grounds for its existence. The only thing she arrived at made her consider abandoning this excursion altogether, leaving a blazing trail in their retreat. There was noway she could take on another Promethean..

How much longer would he have to wait to finally seize his destiny and rid himself of the incessant voices in his head? How much longer did this girl refuse to reach out and grasp what was hers? Enough taunting, judgement day was nigh.

DO NOT COWER, PROMETHEAN!

He bellowed irate omniscience through the mists, it banished the thick grey moisture blanket with a gavel's emphasis. The two were finally revealed, in an arena large enough for a cage match. And this decrepit old man and loosed his disguise revealing a stalwart of a necromancer. He was floating just shy of the water's surface leering into O'ra still chewing on her rubbery flesh, which he gladly spat into the depths below. Tracking her across miles, dimensions, and back was easy with a taste of her tissue, a technique unique to his sect of the Promethean culture.

The Citadel was constructed by our mutual progenitors, it will take both of us to enter. Meaning, I have no wish to slay you...

But she, oh she had other plans. Even now her compulsions were rippling through his veins like shots of heroin willing him to do unspeakable things not only to himself, but to everything and everyone. It had taken YEARS to bring them to a whisper, the more they delayed, the closer they got, the harder it became, and the more aggressively he thumbed his pendant...

Fuck.

O'ra could never forget that traumatic day or the man responsible for such suffering, but this was the first time her memory put a face to her tormenter. Was he a zombie? A demon? He barely looked alive but his ferocious bellow crippled the remaining courage she had left. O'roura was literally shaking in her boots and she hated herself for it. In all honesty her body felt numbed by terror but she refused to let it show. Her stance tightened and the only expressions twisting her face had been disgust and utter defiance.

With her fears confirmed however, her false bravado hit a snag. He was a walking fossil, a living breathing Promethean would have to make him hundreds of thousands of years old. But she didn't need him to confess it, O'ra could smell it. It was foreign, yet oddly discernible from anything she encountered before.

"..You take me for a fool."

She retreated a step or two from the haunting crypt keeper, maintaining distance while her mind raced faster than it ever dared before. Each ephemeral second her brain pieced together hundreds of different scenarios, presenting avenues of self defense and circumvention.

He spoke of the Citadel, but the skepticism bled out of her slanted eyes. There was no way O'roura would foolishly be deceived by the same beguiling bullshitter who took advantage of her trust before and spat its fleshy remains into the sea. She scoffed, almost entertained by his words.

"Stay away from me.."

But why else would he be here? Why track her when he could have finished her off whenever the temptation claimed him? What did he want with the Citadel? Was there truth to any of his words or should she try her damndest to call Koudo, Savaj and gtfo. There was fiery inner warfare going on in O'roura's head that was giving her a fucking stomach ache. Common sense verses instinct. Fight or Fucking Flight.

"Damnit girl! You will be the death of bot-"

His frantic pleas were strangled. Stifled by coughs and hacks; he already said too much. It was time he was punished. Blood, puss, bodily fluid- necessities of lesser men, rapidly expelled themselves from his mouth only compounded upon by wailing agonies of pain and sorrow. Quickly, a once fit old man devolved into a ghoulish husk, a proper vessel, for evolution.

He looked to O'ra. Nearly dead, shivering, yet surprisingly hardened by the experience. His features were all lost save for that cliff side staple frown which hadn't been eroded; no matter how horrendous the act. He had done this hundreds of times before. He even had the strength to speak. A warning, no a death sentence, spoken like whispers into a well.

"It cannot be killed-"

Once more his diction was blindsided, this time it was something beautifully holistic. The Warlock was thrown to his knees, arms torn open as if to receive a weight from the heavens. White flame and marvelous light erupted within and around his body, swirling skyward in a dance unrelenting. A roar, triumphant, and eerily familiar to O'ra muscled through the ritual pyre totally snuffing out the flame and utterly evaporating the body of the man with a whipcrack. Only a flicker remained. His soul. Such purity was not spared, not even for a second. Marvelous gleaming pale scaly hands, glistening in the fog bore into the human soul and tore it open horizontally into a gateway larger than an apartment building with a deafening sonic boom and a proportionally heavy shock to the system.

What emerged, slowly, delicately, was something more beautiful than the rite to summon her . It floated off the ground, lazily, hunched over and defiant to all laws of this land. It was gigantic, muscle bound and feminine, and struck balance between insect and humanoid. It's skin bellowed in the winds devolving into wisps of dead faces, morning and groaning the longer she existed.

If only there was time for familiarities... For old times sake. Too bad. Vao did not need to enter the citadel alive.

It's head snapped toward O'ra, as if it finally located her and roared once more. Even these cacaphonois screeches could be translated! As much as she wanted to eat her and Vao with it, they needed access to the citadel.

She required compulsion. From her gaping maw came her dripping tongue. It shot toward O'ras jugular in moments aiming to seize possession of her body.

O'ra's almond shaped eyes widened to quivering emerald marbles at the sight of the albino colossus. Her hair bellowed and her heart thumped erratically against the pressure of its mighty howl, but her legs didn't budge. The boundless sea parted and ripped white water waves for miles and miles beneath its massive weight, yet it never touched its reflective surface once.. Just floated elegant-- ominiously above it.

Quote:
It cannot be killed

She on watched in a face twisting fusion of horror and awe during the vivid Promethean ritual and upward to its sky scaling transformation. The fiery behemoth towered high enough to peel back heaven's curtains and frighten the gods from their thrones, O damn near broke her neck trying to take in a full view. It was otherworldly, strikingly gruesome, but inspired oddly nostalgic episodes of choking rage in her gullet down to her belly. O'roura began gritting her teeth through the tempest of the furious roar, blades of wind forcing tears from her eyes but all glimmers of fear were extinguished. She weathered its quakes and tremors bearing her signature vacuous stare that was often followed by one of her own explosive wrathful fits.

I'fucken knew it!

She whispered, bitting her bottom lip. Her fists curled air tight, setting ablaze an ivory hot firestorm in each of her hands. O'ra never understood the old fossil's logic or sudden diplomatic methods, but she never cared for them. The grimy specter's scent burned her nostrils, his memory molested her dreams and his visual aggravated a slumbering primordial wrath buried deep inside the young relic. An ancient, molten furnace spilled from her eyes in response to the titan's call to battle. And she released a hellish, irate shout to proceed the beasts first strike.

O'ra's primal release unleashed a pulse of radioactive energies that violently melted and incinerated everything within a twenty foot radius, and propelled her body with astronomical magnitude. Tiny silvery particles of dust and ash polluted the smoke and fog girdled air after the impact of the slithery appendage, but O'ra had tried to take shot at its exposed neck. She peeled through space like a blistering comet, literally burning the distance between them in a moments notice. Her left hand, her primary, had been heavily loaded with gallons of nuclear fuel and had been tuned with an assassins precision. The girl was seeing red; she forgot about Koudo, she forgot about the mission, her only pressing goal had been connecting with this vorpal, volcanic uppercut.

The Beast's eyes recoiled to closed windowpanes at the activation of O'ras hideous power. It recoiled it's tongue immediately, not out of fear, out of absolute disgust and shut it's jaw behind its oral guillotine. A gurgling low pitched grumble, brooding and boiling, left the bowels of it's throat at the nostalgia, culminating into ultimate distaste as disregard. There was no mistaking it, this girl was him, and inside of her lie the power to create worlds.

Soon that power would be hers, and the more O'ra gallantly rushed forth, fists ablaze in thermonuclear actuality that soon evolved into moments which would ultimately lead to the extinction of her life and the severe reduction in population for their race. No matter, there are some battles love cannot solve...

The spider let the fly gravitate toward its demise, reared it's alien head, and opened its venus-flytrap revealing its salivating tongue like appendage once more. Once O'ra got close enough to the point of no return the Pale Behemoth ejected its tether like missile at the girl muting her cataclysmic approach to whispers.

Her disregard stayed strewn across her face, even with the odds completely one-sided. She didn't want to kiss Vao, this was however the smallest exertion of her power she cared to use. The girl was totally compromised, plucked out of the sky, flames snuffed to whispers, wrapped in a fanged fleshy vice-grip of a tongue dripping foreign fluids scientists would love to research, subjected to the mighty lure of her superior. The fisher woman reeled in her prey, knowing that resistance was futile and fear was strictly limited to human life.

!!!

O'roura's reflexes always kicked in when her primal instincts blindly led her into the crucible. In her rage she marauded fearlessly but arrogant. Brutal, extensive conditioning under the Shaolin Doujii sept however sharpened her senses into diamond razors; her response to every stimulus crisp, explosive and refined. Regardless if they be voluntary or involuntary.

But she was caught by surprise at snapping tongues elasticity, she was sure she caught a frame but didn't blink once found at the disadvantage. The blistering inferno in her hand retreated once O'ra moved to defend herself. The slimy, fang lined walls closed in around her from every angle with crushing, tenderizing intensity. Her arms, her legs, and a.. fifth appendage? Were thrust with a fiery rebellion to keep the collapsing, fleshy walls at bay. Her fingers boiled the putrid discharges with her potential, nuclear energy; as did her buckling toes and her freshly crowned seven foot albino tail. It ripped through her tailbone without her consent in a fleshy display but any of her cries of agony were suffocated under her roars of fury.

"LET.ME...GO!!!!!"

The bellows of her voice were irrelavent against the constricting jaws of death but her manic, piercing emerald peepers burned right through them. They soon were glossed over with molten ivory lenses, instinctively O'ra rerouted the cataclysmic force from her previous strike and magnified them through her eyes. From her optic apertures seared incredibly high frequencies of silvery white radiation that literally scorched scales and records. Things weren't just melting, they were corroding, decaying under the might of her radioactive heat vision. She focused her orbital cannons at a single point ahead of her, where she hoped the blasts would rip through the confines of the slimy tongue and beam directly for the beasts dome.

Globs of acidic saliva spilled onto her shoulders and dripped on her head and neck. It wasn't as if O'ra was a priss, but if not for this nuclear fit of rage, she'd probably be a tad nauseated. But between her growing a tail out of nowehere, and literally being trapped in the jaws of a mighty colassal ancestor, O was getting more and more accustomed to wily and whimsical. If she didn't die..

Numb and detached, The Beast carried on absolutely ignorant to O'ras contesting cries. It grunted a scoff and yanked the fishing lure back above it's head and have Ora's marvelous ocular rays aimed down toward the misty ground instead. By the time the budding Reaver's gaze broke flesh, her focused Nuke-Vision carried on unhindered through the ghastly terrain as if it was a mere illusion; piercing its spectral facade thoroughly down by the second, hundreds of leagues deep into whatever lie below until it stimulated the tectonic plates deep within Vescruia's crust, awakening them with a violent shell-shock of rumble. All of this could have been accomplished voluntarily if O'ra had listened to the man. But his Avatar had no intention of seeing O'ra through this alive considering her time constraints...

The Pale Giant continued the rite harmoniously, and began orbiting its arms in opposing circular fashions focusing the vibrating cries of Vescrutia's mantle to symphonic whispers. The Treetops danced like maracas, all living things that could flee fled toward the skies, the mists parted like the red sea leaving the two in it's epicenter. Likewise, the silver white beams of world altering power not only doubled in size, but altered in appearance to solid platinum powerful rays. O'ra had to continue her salvo, whether she had the chakra for it, or not.

The terraforming continued on indistinct. The Ghastly Titan harrumphed anxiously, increasing the intensity of the ritual and the breadth of O'ras beams. The spectre was degenerating, it was only a matter of time before the only crux to her existence came laughing back to claim her. Luckily, the gateway was finally prepared. It poked out of the isolated mists like the horns of The Devil, between it's appendages lie a swirling ethereal vortex who's destination and spoils only she knew. It was made of solid rock with familiar symbols etched into it's facade and beckoned all lost Promethean's to its secrets.

A startling calm, one only found in the twilight hours of winter swept over the treetops like a warm blanket, but was rudely interrupted by the molesting of time and space as The Pale Titan warped She and O'ra both in front of the nexus. The Ghastly Alien looked as if some god-like infant was constantly having fun at her existence with a pair of scissors, but that didn't matter, that would all change once she stepped inside.

For ten agonizing minutes, O'roura's chakra was ruthlessly exhausted on account of those caustic ocular rapids of dense radioactive energy. Her concentrated beams drilled through and down to the undertow of Acselle Sea, splitting molten crust and uprooting ancient alters without her blinking once. Her screams were symphonies of resistance, but the mighty colossus only tightened its vice grip until she thrashed herself out of steam. She was squeezed and juiced like a fruit until her defiant soul went limp.

O'roura's every muscle went numb and her vision hadn't returned until she was staring down the towering dimensional gateway she'd been searching for. There were massive waves of power oscillating from its matrix that hummed and roared at her, she could barely see it through her steaming faucets, but she was awe struck. Through its warm, existential window were promises that her empirical imagination could not quantify, let alone comprehend. She felt.. unworthy before the Promethean obelisk, but entitled, chosen to gnaw at its forbidden fruit..

I.. Won't!!!

Her weakened expression facial churned and hardened with sudden vehement purpose. O'roura's collapsed lungs, blistering eye sockets and other ruptured organs began optimal cellular repair despite her chakra gauge literally teetering on rest. Instead of her body going into metabolic equilibrium, O'ra was building alarming amounts of chemical activity. It was more than a second wind, it was as if she gained access to a separate gear entirely. Something in O'roura's head clicked when she gazed upon the enormous, runic gate and that something was wrathful and punitive.. there was no way she'd let both of them make it through that threshold alive.

A platinum lightning bolt massive enough to consume all sight tore apart the young relic's and erupted throughout the Acselle Sea, delivering radiant obliteration to anything caught in its cosmic glister. The untamed waters bowed and parted into crushing waves and tsunamis, setting the stage for another hulking beast to emerge when the smoke cleared. A beast whose first impulsive order of rage and fury had been to bury the secrets of this primordial doorway with the molten ashes of this intruder.

Ignorance was certainly bliss when you finally set your eyes upon the Holy Grail of your long arduous journey. The creature had spent era after era plundering the souls of acclaimed sorcerers to find that right one who would properly walk the tightrope to fate. Most committed suicide, unable to contain the powers in their mortal flesh. Others of status had been mutinied by the ones that followed them, burned at the stake for crude practices, sentenced to life incarceration for their foul misdeeds. Trial and Error is insanity if you refuse to learn from your results, and this being did. Why grace the entitled, when she could instead uplift the disenfranchised? The downtrodden? The untouchables?

Which was how she found Zolof. A beggar, old and smelly with a past so contrived he was considered part of the scenery. He begged for change, food, even a bath, but she blessed him with godhood and he never wanted for anything a day in his life. All his hunger was abated, his mere presence became a tool for warfare, and he had a much higher calling than the kings and queens of his time. All of his trials and tribulations had brought them mere inches from the precipice of their destiny. Only to have it utterly vaporized in the metallic glow of evolution.

Everything was thoroughly decimated, this part of the sea was reduced to a puddle. Flapping fish and larger sea creatures were torn to pieces and continued to be unraveled by a potent radioactive power. The gateway to heaven lie in ruin. It's majestic rock formations were pebbles, and all traces of it's existential imprint were erased from time and space. The pale alien creature was cast down from her position of power to cling to the dirt to watch it all crumble away while she choked on her own pride.

"...???!!!!"

Her vocal chords bellowed low decibels of confusion and frustration. She raised her left gavel and pounded the ground in agony letting loose a thundering clear rippling pulse that invaded the carcasses of the suffering fauna, evaporating them in a similar pristine white light. Her body, previously chipping away at itself fabric by fabric now became a vacuum for stray wisps of suffering fish. She consumed the Ascelle Sea, to sustain herself for one last ditch effort in breaching her lovers most sacred confines- combat.

She rose harmoniously with the new found sight of her sparing partner. It's height and girth proportionate to her own, but its true likeness was cloaked by the spectral blanket of dust and decay. This was a young reaver, who magically activated their most coveted of techniques- the ability to cannibalize themselves. Both parties were on strict schedules, but only one of them was immortal.

There was no mighty roar or admonition from the charging leviathan. Only O'ra's thunderous gallop pounding bedrock from this newly forged basin in her hellish advance. Her blistering vermillion hide bled through the haze of steam, dust and sediment until her colossal mass could no longer be concealed.

HGGNN.. HGNN ...HGNN.. HGNNN...HGNN..NYHUN.. HGNN.. HGNN..HGNN..

But the snarling beast had no intention to obscure its seething rage, O'ra's quadrupedal stampede was relentless but focused. When she was finally visible, The Promethean was close enough to drive her planetesimal arms and fingers through the throat of opposing revenant and lap up what discharges splashed about. She was big.. and moving fast enough to provoke dormant tectonic movement. Her every flex and pivot had been more powerful than ever and each second feed her onslaught. However, every second wasted drew her closer to a fried nervous system. The pain from this new mutation was.. historical, beyond the realm of cognitive comprehension. There was no tolerating such raw, exposed suffering. Only feral projection.

Greeted first by foreboding footsteps and tremors then a strong arm to the throat, it appeared all formal pleasantries went out the window. Something about the impoliteness of these introductions made the overtly feminine Reaver narrow her eyes to fox like widths, and smirk with arrogance. Reavers were sophisticated creatures, and had a proper way of conducting rituals such these. Ora appeared unable to to anything but insist, which meant she was past the point of no return. The stakes were high either way, she was immortal, Zolof was not. And if her shell be breached it would take another Turn to return to this plane, and even longer to find another vessel as talented as Zolof.

Combat it is then.

Ora struck a digitized image. When it unraveled it brought white noise, distortion and disruption to the senses, a dog whistle that made canines beg for death. This ghastly impression on the planet was volatile to the senses and when pierced it ignited the fuse to a most peculiar EMP that would hopefully send this bloodthirsty Reaver reeling. It didn't take long for the Snow Covered Alien to take advantage of one of her most basic spells, she reappeared, flanking Ora with a swift kick to her temple which packed more than enough strength to behead any conscious reaver.

Columns of steam and water raced toward the clouds once O'roura was sent skiing across the sea along her enomours heels, but she never curled or cringed.. She didn't even block the explosive frequency, but didn't have the mind to do so if she wanted. O'roura's responding howl banished the rushing waves tickling her toes while veins pulsated through every sector of albino and vermillion flesh. Her rage protected her from every wound or strike and her roar seemed to paralyzed the passage of time in of fear.

She could feel everything down to her interior streams of blood and chakra perverting into rolling cascades that could have easily bursted her heart. When the alien warped to flank her, O'ra's menacing gaze met her mid-strike, still fuming with noxious ivory emissions.

She was ready, her entire body was raw like an exposed nerve, but she was ready. The whipping change of winds alerted the Reaver to the alien's re-entry, burning her neck like a smoldering zephyr. The decapitating kick was intercepted by just one of O'ra arms, but not without tremendous echoes of force that could drown an avalanche. Just as quickly, O'ra's remaining three arms wrestled to detain and immobilize with her titanic strength while her optical furnace unleashed another wave of radioactive obliteration.

But how do you detain something that has eluded the omnipresent gaze of a revered God. How can you contain one that's eluded the strongest grip of love itself? How do you stop something that has survived relentlessly through eras, who's invisible hand of influence laid civilizations low and sacked secrets ever so silently.

Let's just say this creature could not be contained, and neither could it's foot.

It's 4 pronged momentum, although halted for a second continued to kiss O'ras jaw as if it never was stopped with startling velocity and static like continuance, leaving O'ras cinder block forearm where it stood. Her sturdy guard wasn't circumvented without sacrifice. The likes of which cut deep into the alien like a raw steak splattering Crimson goop across the seas mixing with the steams bringing a putrid smell of burnt flesh to the nostrils.

Vescrutia, being the ever so insistent parole officer it was, kept weakening this creature to the point where it was devolving her senses. And O'ra, had the luxury to paint this promethean with her radioactive peepers once more before she was hopefully booted across the sea.

Despite her gargantuan size and even more ridiculous weight problem, O'roura's three story tall body was launched through the skies like a frisby after that kick, then plummeted into the sea like a meteor. Her graceless dive lifted weather altering quantities of water high into the clouds, leaving it pouring down cats and dogs for at least the next half hour or so.

The young Promethean was swallowed by the vast gaping sea, leaving crimson streams to pollute the waters, but no caliber of wounds could stop the malevolent engines driving this beast. O'roura's chakras were boiling with fury, as were the waters beneath the opposing Reaver. She wouldn't settle for just a nick, her bloodlust wouldn't settle for a nicely charred corpse. Her primal roar, traveling through leagues of dense waters, demanded complete obliteration.

There was another flash. A brilliant column of radioactive energies fired through O'roura's optical lasers blistered through the sea and erupted beneath her prey. The harvesting rays of power were more than just white hot, the unholy force could rupture quantum structure. The lasers left a monumental hole where water was vaporized, revealing O'roura a hundred or so feet below the sea surface before the waves crashed upon her once more. This wave was more epic than ever before, but this outrageous out gassing of chakra had its drawbacks..

There was no turning back for the both of them. Zolof scoured the world and beyond for the map to this place. He learned spell after spell to keep himself a proper host for her, he even eluded certain intergalactic authorities that have wanted her dead since the beginning of time. But this was a one way trip for both parties, only one of them would die. The other would be jettisoned into existential dejection patiently waiting to surface again like a ghost shark. The sentence was light in comparison to the damage she had done, but without the mask to tether her to the physical plane...

All the pale alien creature had to do was stall the colossus out, but even that was becoming exceedingly difficult considering how exponentially weaker she was becoming by the second. Artillery fire from below could normally be circumvented, but under her energetic scrutiny, she took the blow with interest.

The gamma beams enveloped her like a spotlight that aimed to put this monster on display. Despite the raging sounds of atomic destruction, nothing could snuff out the screams of this immortal Titan. It was a lament filled with regret, one that choked on the ironic after taste on the way down her esophagus. If she had to be undone, she would rather be torn apart by some effort, not one of his basic, classless, techniques; a mere flex of world rending might. The youngling poured feces on the name Promethean with every obese step. They were not raging grey mountains of destruction. They were sophisticated creatures of intellect, it felt like she was being scrubbed away by ignorance one cell at a time. The only thing that remained in the rains, laying atop the monsoon was a pile of robes. And in their silks, an old man. Who had a much larger problem on his hands... Tame the beast.

((NPC Unlocked:: Zolof The Talentless))

He awoke through chest shattering hacks and coughs, just because he lay atop the rolling tide didn't mean his mouth and nose were immune to being suffocated by the serf. Zolof and his robes were drenched thoroughly. They lay affixed to his skin revealing nothing underneath but a bone thin man who could blend in with a pile of skeletons. She stripped him of his sight early on in his servitude, what lay across them now were nothing but fabrics of black but they swam shut underneath his eyelids frantically looking for the portal, the girl, and anything else that survived this clash. All that remained was waves, waves that threatened to seize the old Mage in their aquatic vicegrip but a soft glowing grey disk of light underneath him kept him on the surface.

Zolof wasn't free, far from it actually. And he couldn't shake the feeling of unfinished business here.

O'ra washed ashore with the crashing waves, bludgeoned and bruised up in her human form.

(..pant.. pant..)

Her head was a wet mop of dripping curls, concealing her ugly and desperate heaving for air. Her body was bare, aside from these gnarly gashes splitting her right arm to the bone. It was visibly fractured after she failed to block that monstrous kick, but luckily it seemed that her nerves were shot too, because she couldn't feel a thing.

Once she finished puking the water out of her lungs, O'ra crawled to dry sand and rolled unto her back. She couldn't see, the sensation of pain returned before her vision.

Agh. I-I'm.. not healing.

Typically, her transformation hyper charged her cells and multiplied their productivity a million fold. She once regenerated a severed limb but now couldn't even regain her bearings. Her previous optical nuclear strike against Zolof may have hit its mark, and hard, it drained O'roura's chakra reserves down below fifteen percent. When she finally opened her eyes, they were still fuming with a cyan colored vapor and a new stellar luminosity. They looked like chrome lenses but were functioning like space telescopes.

"..whoa."

O'roura's evolving oculars were sensitive but her gaze was curiously skyward. She winced as if she were opening them for the first time against the blistering sun but using her left hand as a visor, she could literally see the faults, jogs, and craters decorating the surface of Vescrutia's closest moon. She blinked, and could see the complex networks of chakra circulating through her hand beneath several layers of epithelial tissue. Her expression was suspended betwixt jovial wonder, confusion, and amazement until she cemented her focus on Zolof. The old fuck was down and weakened but so was she. Against her pride and all primal urges, O'roura opted against another assault in fiery grunt and prepared for a tactical retreat. Her vision was on the flux but as luck would have it, O'roura found herself in close proximity of Koudo's portal to Cleff's Lab. She didn't even take a moment to thank the gods or various powers that be before making a break for the dimensional fire escape. The same stimuli that birthed the idea was the same impulse that moved her wobbly legs to trackstar levels.
