After introductions the entourage made their way into Ars Haven stone embroidered doors. Still rolling with energy from new found connection, the company briefly toured the complex before heading to the Arena.

Zeik gathered those who wanted a sparring match, while Kurai headed to Sanctus Imperious to assist in the Awakening with Azazel.

‘Welcome to Ars Arena

He said, cutting through the chatter that started along the way, his voice filling the huge stadium.

‘We’ll have our sport in here. As I said before, this building is under constant Astral and psionic surveillance. Preventing any unwanted attention, so relax.

Rules are First to three unblocked strikes, this includes martial arts and spells wins. No lethal play, you’ll notice your sharpened weapons deal no lethal damage in this arena, but count as a point if unblocked. Anthems are allowed!
Don’t worry about messing things up, the buildings are made of a rare stone. It boast considerable regenerative properties and never loses memory of the form it had last. Similar to the technique used by the Architect of Old, but not nearly as precise.

‘Above us you’ll see a large monitor with your sparring partner,
take to the stage when you’re ready, students.’

Alaude would wave his hand to get her attention and chime into the conversation.

"I can answer that for you Flux, the name is Alaude and today we have all gathered here for the opening of this school Ars Haven. Through the different teaching provided here, we are hoping to protect knowledge and bolster our military defenses, right Zeik?"

Alaude would look toward Zeik with a smile and thumbs up hoping that he had been able to properly summarize that the point of today's gathering was
She waved and thanked him so much for that cute lil synopsis of what she had stumbled onto and boy did she strike gold. She even gave Flutter a treat for his quick and god judgemt. It taught her t trust in her famialrs insticts mrore and deepened thier bond a bit. That was why she had come, to lear. Flux had decades mounted upon decades of magicl practices. But not much real life application. She needed to et familar with what it meant to put yourseslf on the front lines. She was always gaurded and protected. But now she had to learn how to protect herself. S

he had some pretty dangerous places to walk t get to her end goal. She didn't know about joining their military and all that jazz but for now, some sparing would definitely do her justice." Flutter we have to give our best today. Let's just have fun and see what we know ok? The cub would let out a faint cry of agreement. He was pumped, the little monster lived for any chance to strut his stuff. They had walked to the arena, she needed to conserve her magic power. Tethering back to back could really eat away at her naten. She knew she had only her base magic t assist her. Luckily she had her Grimore with her.

The arena though was a sight to be held. The bold open only and barbarous bone structures brought a bit of giddy inside her. He was all pretty exciting. She though has seen the creation of many battlefields. The fall of entire dynasties and has studied them all bit by bit. But this was her first time stepping into one of her own. How would she fare? She had a ting of uncertainty. But she would face it. She would know where she stood. And her familiar was here to stand beside her through it all.

Breaking away from the group once the objective had been called the warrior made his way into the designated area. The huge arena that the newcomer pranced into was quite the spectacular battleground. Teralok followed slowly with his Lance in hand.

Having not the slightest clue of how she did it Teralok would wonder how she caused such strange vibrations with her sudden appearance. The vibrant noise was nigh unforeseen had his senses not expanded only a second earlier, the very reason he decided to stay standing actually.

Listening to the announcements about this little warm up as Zeik explained the next activity he couldn't help but remember the times like these that brought him here. The Ranking tournaments and training battles that have upgraded to this, he even recalled meeting an energy similar to Flux's. He couldn't remember who it came from however so he would not pursue that knowledge.

As a matter of fact the previous setting left his mind entirely as he breathed in the moment. The King, all of the new people he met, the boy with the king's features sitting in the chair he left open, all gone. All that was left here were two combatants, and the ground they stood on according to Teralok. He stood opposite his opponent placidly, listening with a gaze as empty as the stands before dropping the tip of his Lance into the ground lazily beside him.

"I do not wish to dishonor you by disarming myself."

Cocking his right arm again he drew a line in the ground away from her as he centered his stance. Raising his left hand he stated.

"Proceed as you wish."

Already wary of the girls temporal energy the warrior rested his attention on the girl not questioning what she might be capable of. Especially since he didn't understand any of it, it was different indeed, but his last fight was with a giant so hopefully he didn't go overboard.

And so he arrived. His naten, how stomped about. He was solid his constitution. He was a pillar that much was certain. But of what remained unseen. The ambiguity of his being, the darkness that lied within. She noticed him two the moment she arrived, she at first thought it was Alaude, his entire naten existed in shadows but it did not bare aggression. What did that make him? This Teralok. His darkness felt...tenascious. He was the there something yet what she figured she would find out. His make up was of a kind she had ever encountered. Was he even of this time? That's something interesting for a 200-year-old witchling to ponder. Chained by magic she was sure to try to unwind. She noticed his lance, an awesome weapon to be sure. His presentation as a warrior reminded her of a very long forgotten race of spear-wielding hunters that once roamed Vescrutia. Well versed in it uses they wielded naten just the same. She wondered, did his fighting style resemble theirs? If so, then wariness was mutual. They were not a lot to be trifled with. Then I will honor you by not doing the same...Flutter prepare. That command urged the feline to release a cute little roar of sorts before he began to radiate a flagrant violet hue. His eyes would failure a similar tint before Flux could be seen radiating the exact same energy. She wasn't going to go all out, but she definitely needed to bring her magical prowess from the start. She needed to test his waters. He was armed yet so was she, with magical fury and so her invocation began

"Panther"

She called upon their bond, their connection. They were though passive in appearance, hunters by nature. Though she more of a hunter of knowledge she held the ability to support her namesake. The panther cub’s naten would skyrocket, dark pink steam seeping out of Flutters body. His corporeal form evaporating leaving the bare plume of magical power exposed but not for long at all. "Panterra" she uttered, the phrase rippled tingling the air with the force that was causing change, the floating mass of energy would stretch and expand enveloping her like a veil. Covering her in a blistering aura of energy that was flailing about sending shockwaves of pure force vibrating through the expanse. Her lips pursed for a final time.

Several luminous symbols circled around her as her naten began to culminate “Pantopia!” a ferocious would twice filling this empty area with a vocal livelihood it seemed to have lacked for eons. With that last utterance, her naten would spontaneously ignite creating a furious blaze that would stain the entirety of the arena in a very intense bright flash of lavender(Something like the effect off a flashbang) that would quickly fade into a tincture of light that hugged itself tightly around her. Hoping the dazzling finale of unhinging of her naten would disorient her peer even if temporarily, she in that instant would be seen sprinting directly for Terra Lock with her grimoire flailing in front of her. It would stop on a particular page and flux's would begin to gather her violet flames in the palms of both her hands. After reaching baseballs size proportion she would ing one directly for her opponent as she stayed in pursuit. Her eyes were set, her target acquired, She needed to know more of her prey, so she chose first to test the waters. There was more to Terra that meets these eyes and with that large lance, she knew he must bolster monstrous strength. Her blood was racing, her natural instincts were heightened thanks to the invocation of her magic. It was time to learn.

The warrior stood poised as he listened to the girl chant her spell, flashing her naten to the point of blinding potential. It was dashing, but Teralok's attack was already compiled. His lance was primed, ringing to the waves of naten washing over it, vibrating at frequencies that Teralok felt at his core.

Bracing against it at the point of her flash Teralok stilled those vibrations pivoting against them as he focused his naten to the tip of his lance carrying the sum of his reverberation into a concussive boost that lifted his lance into an overhead swing that Teralok backhanded down into the ground at a blazing speed.

Having felt the girl throw her hand Teralok knew something was on it's way regardless of sight but somehow he knew it was part of the spell that was just cast. The Lance came down right on top of it. The blast shotgunned into the girls direction before his lance even hit the ground, but it did creating a shockwave of earth that cascaded loose stone seeking to obstruct the girls path with game changing projectiles.

Teralok was actually surprised at the magnitude of the projectiles explosion. With his lance braced against certain vibrations the energy was expelled with more energy than it was sent with, exponentionally increased with the concussive intent of his attack.

Recoiling his arm he pulled the tip of his lance back out of the ground immediately priming his stance into a Spartan like stance. Bending his knee and aiming the Lance in the nook of his elbow he cased the quaking scene.

Her dominion over panther aspects gave her enhanced vision, through rising dust clouds she could see how his naten swayed around the tip of his lance. A catalyst for life energy? Flux was Intrigued, she was going to make sure to ask him so many questions after this. The blazing explosive force released from the fang spell was being guided somehow. Witches magic was a very intimate trait. Tied to that witches very nature it is often revered as a will made manifest through naten. The ebb and flow of her magic of Tera energy. His rebuttal was loud, brash. The way his backlash wave stampeded towards her like a heard of chaos made her smirk. She could tell this was going to be fun."Such Power" but she had no time to gawk. Using her increased agility she picked up a brief but hefty amount of speed she jumped, Igniting her magic once more her aura of flames would burst from under, shooting her at an acute angle into the skies about 25 feet above Terra, avoiding the wave of power. During her ascent, she had doubled the size of the fireball in her other hand giving it a basketball like appearance. He did not stay her pursuit in fact only increased her tenacity. Though she changed trajectories sending her 6 meters on the opposite side of her target. But not before heaving a heap of magical warfare down upon Teraloks head when she reached the peak of her ascension. "Let's see how much punishment you can take. Mega Fang!"using the momentum from her boost with all her might she pitched the violet bomb spiraling towards him hoping gravity would do her justice and aid in reducing his time to react. If contact was made it would release a vigorous exertion of flames that would attempt to engulf him in its fury. He'd find it harder to repeat his previous tactic. This one had three times the force of the first ball. The concussive force of the explosion alone could be enough to knock the wind out of him. Afterward, shed attempt touch land.

Looking down the shaft of his Lance Teralok felt her jump, clocking the radius of the cloud and how she avoided it. The quake stopped quite suddenly at the point of her jump with the tip of his Lance glowing in response, Teralok smirked before flipping his palm out and whistling his hand past the quivering source of light.

Like a supersonic dart you could hear Teralok fling the force into the smoke the light dimming as his message was delivered. The response was intimate, warping the smoke upward into congealed plumes that a gatling amount of solid debris shot from. It trailed the girl until her energy flared into the mega sized attack that was thrown earlier, at which point it emptied it's cloudy reserves leading the targets pinged location.

The cloud of dust gave way to sight of the girl swiftly, Teralok switched his stance as Flux soared overhead the Lance returning to the ground. It wasn't until the massive fireball burst from her hands that the warrior realized he might not be able to take the same approach. The massive flex that happened next sent the stone complexes of the stadium whirling.

Teralok pivoted again, rooting his feet into the stadium's foundation with the motion. The decision was swift as he set his eyes on the massive incoming fireball and started compiling vibrations resulting in an eerie silence falling over the entire arena before violently expanding at the point of impact.

He took the Lance with both hands and swung it like he had the weight of the arena on it as well. The ball would have been split by a concussive wave seeking to smear the fiery spell into nothing. Outcomes were never guaranteed though.

CLANGGG

His lance rebounded fiercely much to the warriors dismay, straining the metal coils Teralok counted for muscles. The fireball angled down awkwardly slower than it was sent drifting vividly past his eyes. His feet broke the crust of dirt that had grown around them in vain as it was much too late for the warrior to escape the radius of the explosion.

By the time he had enough space to swing again he did, the detonation was not hindered however Teralok caught the brunt of the wave with his last swipe. It burst over the area off target but fully implemented, at least outside of the Lance's angle of approach.

Smoke clearing the warrior stood with the tip of his Lance still on the ground his eyes not moving from it. The ground scarred from it angled away from him except his Lance was scarred too. Completing the 360 was a tip wickedly barbed like a compacted explosion that Teralok had to dig out of the ground once he realized what was going on.

His pants were pretty fireproof unfortunately for the girl so she wouldn't see the damage he didn't avoid for his poor form. He jostled the Lance around in his hand as he stood to his full height, getting a feel for it's new weight and balance while he checked on his opponent.

It was a good reason she hadn't let up nor slowed down. Narrowly avoiding the barrage of stone by intensifying the heat of the flames she was using to propel her skyward, reducing enough of the pellets to ash causing her to avoid any would be serious damage. The ones fortunate to make it through only made her wince. This creature was going beyond simple conjuring or manipulation. He seemed to have a certain kinship with the earth, and that resonance allowed him some pretty flexible means of attack. She hadn't expected to find such a gifted caster to have been born a male."My how resourceful". Her eyes fashioned themselves into dagger-like expressions. He was trying to snuff out her flame, hed find himself to have agitated the orb causing the explosion to set off a trifle bit early and off course. But...to another castor that is of no consequence. She had told him, she wanted to know how much he could take, and now she was really about to find out. He would've thought those flames to dissipate after the explosion. But the fireballs were a mere ploy. What she needed was a means to get the flames close enough to him.

Granted, the mighty and valiant wave of force he sent caused a premature detonation. But had also laid the final step for her plan. Checkmate! or so she hoped, Flux's grimoire flung open and her naten flared once more, this time her arms were outstretched glimmering with magical vigor. Grounding herself and resonating with the existing flame from the explosion she caused them to rage and encapsulate Tera in a spiraling, towering chrysalis of flaming mayhem."Violet Maw!" hoping the mystically conflagrant prison's insidious heat would succeed where the fireball itself failed. To either force him to concede or risk getting becoming Tera-jerky. She was prepared to constantly regulate her naten into this method. Resistance would ensue a war of stamina between them. Unless somehow he managed to break through altogether.

Teralok would be swallowed by the tornado of flames successfully. The flames sprouted from the explosion heating his Lance by it's fiery initiation. He pulled it out tentatively, taking note of it's consistent burn. The girl heated the air funneling away oxygen to be replaced with a shimmering haze of boiling air.

It barely heated his hair. In response to the sudden cage Teralok took the chance to increase his viscocity. His skin collapsed into his left hand to reveal a gear embedded and grinding into his molecular structure then like he had palmed the air he pulled the immediate heat out from his space and began the process of resonating his hand with the heat of the atmosphere.

All the while the Lance was still glowing hot, until it didn't. The heat of the fiery attack began transmuting as soon as Teralok started his Vulcan Gear. The Barb's grew like crystal with each degree sucked from the tip and laid as cold as it started in the warriors hand.

Noticing his Lance grow blades while he vacuumed his opponents attack left the warrior interested to say the least. The momentum of the battle excited him, at the very least his muscles wanted his next step to be momentous and Teralok was seasoned at pitting his metals against mountains of adversity. The heat here barely induced the alloy of his hand into the molten state he was aiming for before he let the heat wash over him.

Clenching his left hand and raising his Lance in his right the Barb's began cascading down the length of the weapon ferociously. The warrior looked at the unwavering wall at it's point of expansion, the beginning of this heat resonance, and the spot he cocked his arm for in the next instant.

The blast he incurred on impact was set up on a frequency of fire so high it would have propelled him away had he not the ability to absorb the recoil which actually cocked his arm back into it's original position with resounding force. His feet slid into his recovery and the vortex of flames was burst from within by eruptions that resonated with itself like napalm until the flames were exhausted.

Except for the set of flames blazing from behind the now thickly encased Lance heading straight for the girl's position with jet like propulsion burning away at it's crystals. It cleared the exploding wall of flames and they clouds of smoke they produced with a supersonic boom that broke as the weapon left his grip.
