Central Pillar :Alice has spent the entirety of her life hidden away from the rest of the world by a powerful magnetic storm that rages at the southern equator. Her family, once feared and peerless fighters are now pacifist with abhorrent culture for self sacrifice. Having spent her life ostrasized for her contrasting views, shes built up quite the cold shoulder.

Contrast Pillar:Alice is troubled by her families complacency and stagnation. She seeks the truth about the family name and Anthem, but cant find any credible sources of her history not washed in dogma. This hunt led her to exploring the Rudral island despite the danger of the Leviathan.

Active Pillar:Much to her surprise she found herself in the midst of trouble with a strange man who came from beyond the veil. Using his inside knowledge of her family anthem the stranger pushed Alice to using her Berserka transformation, a skill that has been lost to all of her people for generations. She know takes refuge at Ars Haven

Traits:-
Akumic Cell: Akuma, a name given to them for their formidable presence in battle and frightening eyes, possess a well nurtured sensitivity to the planet's natural electromagnetic field. This sensitivity is attributed to unique cells in their body that store electrical energy. Akuma only have a set number of these cells and must avoid over charging them while stress training.

Synaptic Alchemy: rare and perilous art of altering the body's nervous system through advanced bioelectric and chemical manipulation. This transformative process allows the akuma to take an artisan approach to their body, rewiring the neural pathways, enhancing reflexes, sight, among other things. This practice is referred to as the fragile forge or the voltbound sacrifice by their elders due to the dangers and double-edged nature of the skilcraft. Synaptic Alchemy, especially the Berserka transformation, places an immense strain on the body and mind and requires phenomenal precision. the slightest mishap could risk permanent nerve damage, overloading of the Akumic cells and circuitry, or complete neural collapse if mishandled.
-Text on the matter is lost to wars before their time and the elders who know the truth are tight lipped due to dogmatic views about the Berserka transformation.

Current of Communication:The Akuma's intimate relationship with the spectrum of electromagnetism has made deciphering the meaning behind another creature's calls is second nature.

Living Conduit: By aligning themselves with the planets electrical currents, Akuma become living conduits of energy, capable of generating and channeling lightning with unparalleled precision.

Graphite skin :Varying shades of dark gray to black skin, with a faint metallic shimmer. A result of the high conductivity of their skin, allowing electricity to flow freely and safely through their body

Chemical Harmonization: The body’s natural chemistry is recalibrated to optimize energy output and reduce fatigue, ensuring sustained high performance even in extreme situations.

Harmonius Chemistry:Awakened Akuma have refined synapses, enabling instantaneous signal transmission between the brain and body. This results in near-perfect reaction times and the ability to process complex information in fractions of a second.

Volt Weaver: Akuma mastery over electricity and in more advanced stages- lightning, is attributed to their sensitivity with Vescrutia’s own electrical charge. Specific cells in their bodies store potential electric energy from the planet and allow Akuma to release that energy at a time of their choosing. Increasing the maximum wattage of the released energy requires rigorous training as the number of cells that hold this energy can not be increased, instead the maximum charge they can safely hold must be stressed.

Akumic Marking: Akuma’s black skin is covered in bright veins that resemble branches. These markings appear on the arms of all Akuma, but in some cases are seen elsewhere on the body. These markings allow Akuma to extend their exquisite control over their nervous system into the world around them. Allowing them a certain level of sensation and control over their nervous system of things they’re touching.

Akumic Cells: Unique cells in the Akuma body that absorb electricity from the electrical field of the planet, these cells require careful stressing in order to increase their capacity.

Anthem:Akumic Circuitry: The Akuma anthem allows for them to take an artisan approach to the hormones/chemicals that are released into their body. Allowing them a range of applications including their fabled Berserka transformation.
--Due to the last few centuries of dogmatic cultural beliefs, the Akuma anthem is being used against them, causing their sympathetic nervous system to run rampant, trapping their mind other nervous system in a low will/ zombie like state.

Arbiter Description:The user manipulates the magnetic and electrical fields around an object or enemy. This makes it difficult for enemies to maintain their footing or use their weapons effectively due to impaired motor functions.

Arbiter Effect: A devastating burst of thunder is released from the users hands or weapon. The shockwave destroys equipment and greatly damages internal organs, especially the heart and brain. At close distances the damage caused ranges from severe to lethal.
-This skill can cause temporary blindness at close distances
-This skill can cause deafness if sound wave impacts the body unprotected

Arbiter Effect:The user becomes enveloped in an aura of crackling electricity, which constantly discharges random arcs of lightning at nearby and moving enemies. While this skill is active, the user can control small metallic object and deflect incoming physical attacks by condensing the static field or disrupting movement with electrical countermeasures that target the nervous system.
During this state the use has increased agility and durability.

The whip causes intense electrical burns on contact, searing the target's flesh while also manipulating the environment to make it hazardous for the opponent.

The cage is difficult to break through unless the target can disrupt the electric field or escape through overwhelming sheer force.

Arbiter Description:Though this knowledge is lost to the Akuma, its glory is the very shadow that they are running from. Dogmatic views have allowed the Akuma to fear what they were once fabled warriors for possessing. Manipulating their cells and tailoring their bodies for pure utility and weaponization rendered the Akuma a frightening opponent to face alone. Reduce pain, increased visual prowess, lightning reflexes, rapidly charging Akuma cells. Prolonged use can cause permanent damage to the Akuma cells, which function on a limited supply.
