The Conservatory is made up of members from the surrounding communities on the Jaida Coast. Headed by Zero Venkage and his 'administrative team', The Conservatory has become a kind of cultural center for the previously disconnected people on the coast. Made up of the Garganega, the Gafren, and more, it's a diverse team dedicated to understanding their neighbors and the world at large. Now, there stands a new threat, the B'halian Empire, bent on iron fisted control of the Jaida Coast, and subsequently all of Madeira. Against all odds, The Conservatory stands as the new face of their resistance, with the fate of Madeira and the world hanging in the balance.
Pillars:
Central: Connecting the Jaida Coast through new collaborations
Contrast: Some locals just don't trust them
Active: Preparing for the B'halian Empire's return
Notable Characters:
Subori - Swamp Rocker, Musician and black sheep of his family. Frontman of Far-land, the Jaida Coast's local musical outfit.
Sarkis Von Simon and Virgil Maximus Omega - Gruesome Twosome, Gafren Highlanders close friends with Subori. Bright and friendly individuals who have seen the horrors of battle.
Jaq Erxia - Precious Florist, botanist and herbalist for the team. Member of the Lucis Acolytes from deep within the Nogris Jungle.

Re: The Conservatory: Cast and Crew
Name: Subori
Order: Elv
Tribe: Garganega Caecilian
Pillars:
Projection: Strives to be the best friend anyone could have
Reflection: Heart of gold, head of air
Illumination: Violence definitely isn’t the answer as often as people make it out to be
Crossing: Zero Venkage, Haylin Gafren, Simon Gafren
Active: Holding down the fort while Zero is away
Traits:
Caecilian Physiology - Garganega have the moisture sensitive physiology akin to their animal counterparts. They emit a film that allows them to exist outside of humid, swampy environments for extended periods of time. They can also utilize this film as a tool. It’s sticky, adhesive, and retains moisture well, but is rare for it to be produced at will. In hotter, drier climates, this puts them at danger if they do not stay hydrated.
Nocturne of Garganega - Garganega can speak to other people with this ability or similarly sensitive ears at extended range and increased subtlety at frequencies beyond the common Vescrutian’s.
Artist’s Burden - The character’s skill with their musical instrument immense, they treat their instrument like an extension of themselves.
Vermeil Realm - Subori has access to the Vermeil Realm and can identify its Constructs of Will.
Giltarmory - The ability to give shape to his Cordo, Subori is able to channel it through the instruments he plays. Subori plays a series of congas he carries with him most of the time.
Faction:
The Conservatory
Far-land - A band of Jaidan locals with a rotating cast that plays during their Full Moon Jams.
Anthem: Garnacha Reservoir - This Anthem gives the Garganega a unique set of abilities borrowed from thier frog like ancestry. They can communicate long distances using their voices alone, and are inclined to enjoy wet places. They can adhere to some surfaces with their hands and feet freely, see well in dark places or murky water, and are adept swimmers. The Caecilians of the Nonoir Mangroves have a particular ability to suppress their presence using the film that covers their bodies and have been known to use it to hide things or people in the depths of the mangroves.
Arbiters: TBD
Unique Marks: Pitch black frog like features with red webbing, pads, and accents. Bright green eyes
Bio: Subori is one of the first Jaidans to welcome their new neighbors with what seemed like open arms. He always wanted to see what the Gafren Cassowary looked like close up, but wasn’t sure what the Tribes of Gafren would think of him just asking to pet or ride one, so he kept to himself, longing for a friend. When Zero arrived, he felt like it was a sign for things to change, and Subori was happy to be a part of that catalyst. He spent some time with Zero and the other Conservatory members before their formal formation, guiding them through the life and style of the Garganega of the Nonoir Mangroves. Once they were made official, Subori jumped at the chance to see the world of the highlands and beyond.
Subori is a musical savant who spent most of his time playing on the shores of the Freshwater Sea. From a young age, he and his family would play music together in the trees of the mangroves, crafting ballads for one another to express how they feel. He was always brought up to embrace the power of his emotions and putting that into the songs he played. When by himself, he would go to the shores of Toscano Bay to play his songs to the sea itself. His songs rang through the sea and sky and enticed others from the Jaida Coast to hear his songs. He attracted Jaq Erxia and Simon from further north on the coast, both enamored with the skill he commanded on his lute, spending many evenings with him listening to his songs, joining him later with musical instruments of their ow. Eventually they themselves brought an even larger crowd to these jams, sharing with the spotlight with one another openly. Subori, Jaq, and Simon continued on to start a band they dubbed Far-land a pay on the name of the Legendary Hero of the Fosfe Incident.
From their periodic Full Moon Jams, the land dwelling people of the Jaida Coast attracted a small community of Atlanteans who would travel from Mares Vidas outside the bay just to share in the festivities. Normally, Atlanteans held contempt for the Tribes of the land, and especially the Tribes of Humanity, like the Gafren and Veganne. The Atlanteans of Mares Vidas are normally weary since the works of man could and have poisoned the water the aquatic Elvs called their own. Though they strive to protect the sanctity of the Freshwater Sea, and have strayed away from the works of man, music seemed to be a gift that they all could connect with.
Now, Subori, Jaq, Simon and others have taken to the recent changes on the coast, joining The Conservatory as a joint institution of the Jaida Coast and helping to build connections between all the people of the Jaida Coast.

Bio:
Jacqueline Erxia is from the Veganne tribe that resides in a secluded part of the Nogris Jungle in the site of an ancient meteor impact that makes the gives the soil different properties than anywhere else in the Nogris Jungle. Some of the tribe believe they are a subset of the Titanian tribe that covers much of the rest of the jungle's are, but many of them cite the distinct differences that make them their own tribe altogether. Jaq doesn't concern herself with the creation myths since the wonder of the world at hand is far more interesting to explore.
Jaq is a strange one among her people, preferring to venture out into the Nogris Jungle and onto the shores of Toscano Bay than staying at home. Their home in the crater produces much of anything they could need for survival, the flora is highly nutritious and the rare occasions they do consume the flesh of creatures are strictly for ritual purposes. With most of her basic needs met, Jaq explores the Jaida Coast for different species of plant and creature to observe. Naturally curious, she's traveled and made relationships with most of the tribes that call the coast home, even making friends with select Atlanteans who swallow their pride to share space with her Human sensibilities. Her openness to new people and building friendships introduced her to Subori and Simon, following their mysterious and playful music from the Nogris Jungle to the Nonoir Mangroves one breezy day.
Upon meeting, he complimented her wondrous eyes, having never met a Veganne before, Simon was shocked someone's eyes could hold such marvelous color. They spoke shortly and their musical stylings brought out a new curiosity within her. She wanted to play as well, meeting with them regularly to take part in their Full Moon Jams, a gathering they made to play with one another deep into the night. When she joined, it was just Simon and Subori playing music with one another and recounting stories about the Legendary Hero, Garland Gafren and
They started meeting regularly, he with his various instruments and her with a lute she grew with the gifts granted by her Anthem. They played together, drawing crowds from all over the Jaida Coast to their Full Moon Jams and adopting the band name Far-land.
Eventually, their band attracted the attention of a traveler new to the area. Zero Venkage who jammed with them and started learning about the area's history through them. Though they all grew to enjoy each other's company, Zero seemed to take a particular liking to Jaq, complimenting her eyes more and more as the Full Moon Jams carried on. Jaq grew more interested in the stories he told about his adventures abroad and what brought him to the area, sharing a lot of the same ideas about exploration and discovery with him. Far-land also advised him against setting up anything on the coast, sharing stories detailing the history between the Atlanteans and land-dwellers, but his carefree attitude disregarded their warnings. Jaq was present the night of Skyfall, witnessing firsthand the terrible power that a survivor of the Fall of Arcturus could show.
In the wake of that tragedy, Jaq wrestled with accepting the reality of the man who captured her attention. He was caring, well read, and driven to achieve, but behind all those positive qualities was a fearsome power and indomitable spirit that carved his path through life with a fearsome blade. She began a journey of self discovery, seeing firsthand that the world and th epeople within it could be made of powerful contrasting forces. Her caring nature called her to work with Far-land and the supporting fans of their Full Moon Jams to promote a closer connection between the tribes of the Jaida Coast than their Full Moon Jams alone could sponsor. Jaq played a pivotal role in bridging certain gaps between the Atlanteans and the land-dwellers while Zero and his other companions completed their training with the Lucis Acolytes at Sol Gamera and when they returned, the first annual Neo Festurus had a special performance by Far-land to commemorate the occasion in a show of solidarity and a revival of the Full Moon Jam energy.
Now as a founding member of The Conservatory, she brings a calming energy to the preparations they're making for the B'halian Empire's coming invasion. Jaq's natural calming demeanor balances Zero's often wild eyed optimism and Subori's airheaded excitement.
