Bio:
Jacqueline Erxia is from the Veganne tribe that resides in a secluded part of the Nogris Jungle in the site of an ancient meteor impact that makes the gives the soil different properties than anywhere else in the Nogris Jungle. Some of the tribe believe they are a subset of the Titanian tribe that covers much of the rest of the jungle's are, but many of them cite the distinct differences that make them their own tribe altogether. Jaq doesn't concern herself with the creation myths since the wonder of the world at hand is far more interesting to explore.
Jaq is a strange one among her people, preferring to venture out into the Nogris Jungle and onto the shores of Toscano Bay than staying at home. Their home in the crater produces much of anything they could need for survival, the flora is highly nutritious and the rare occasions they do consume the flesh of creatures are strictly for ritual purposes. With most of her basic needs met, Jaq explores the Jaida Coast for different species of plant and creature to observe. Naturally curious, she's traveled and made relationships with most of the tribes that call the coast home, even making friends with select Atlanteans who swallow their pride to share space with her Human sensibilities. Her openness to new people and building friendships introduced her to Subori and Simon, following their mysterious and playful music from the Nogris Jungle to the Nonoir Mangroves one breezy day.
Upon meeting, he complimented her wondrous eyes, having never met a Veganne before, Simon was shocked someone's eyes could hold such marvelous color. They spoke shortly and their musical stylings brought out a new curiosity within her. She wanted to play as well, meeting with them regularly to take part in their Full Moon Jams, a gathering they made to play with one another deep into the night. When she joined, it was just Simon and Subori playing music with one another and recounting stories about the Legendary Hero, Garland Gafren and
They started meeting regularly, he with his various instruments and her with a lute she grew with the gifts granted by her Anthem. They played together, drawing crowds from all over the Jaida Coast to their Full Moon Jams and adopting the band name Far-land.
Eventually, their band attracted the attention of a traveler new to the area. Zero Venkage who jammed with them and started learning about the area's history through them. Though they all grew to enjoy each other's company, Zero seemed to take a particular liking to Jaq, complimenting her eyes more and more as the Full Moon Jams carried on. Jaq grew more interested in the stories he told about his adventures abroad and what brought him to the area, sharing a lot of the same ideas about exploration and discovery with him. Far-land also advised him against setting up anything on the coast, sharing stories detailing the history between the Atlanteans and land-dwellers, but his carefree attitude disregarded their warnings. Jaq was present the night of Skyfall, witnessing firsthand the terrible power that a survivor of the Fall of Arcturus could show.
In the wake of that tragedy, Jaq wrestled with accepting the reality of the man who captured her attention. He was caring, well read, and driven to achieve, but behind all those positive qualities was a fearsome power and indomitable spirit that carved his path through life with a fearsome blade. She began a journey of self discovery, seeing firsthand that the world and th epeople within it could be made of powerful contrasting forces. Her caring nature called her to work with Far-land and the supporting fans of their Full Moon Jams to promote a closer connection between the tribes of the Jaida Coast than their Full Moon Jams alone could sponsor. Jaq played a pivotal role in bridging certain gaps between the Atlanteans and the land-dwellers while Zero and his other companions completed their training with the Lucis Acolytes at Sol Gamera and when they returned, the first annual Neo Festurus had a special performance by Far-land to commemorate the occasion in a show of solidarity and a revival of the Full Moon Jam energy.
Now as a founding member of The Conservatory, she brings a calming energy to the preparations they're making for the B'halian Empire's coming invasion. Jaq's natural calming demeanor balances Zero's often wild eyed optimism and Subori's airheaded excitement.
