The exhilaration of newfound vigor surged through Akundae like a primal storm, electrifying every muscle and sinew of his immense form. His massive chest heaved with deep, thunderous breaths as he stood in the vast, torch-lit chamber, his mind ablaze with the thrill of his rejuvenation. The weight of age and responsibility, which had clung to him for centuries, now felt like nothing more than dust in the wind, swept away by the undeniable force coursing through his colossal veins.
Without hesitation, he reached up and tore at his royal robes, the rich, heavy fabric ripping apart like mere paper beneath his powerful hands. The crimson and gold cloth, once symbols of his imperial authority, now felt suffocating—unnecessary reminders of a time when his power was confined by the throne and the expectations of his people. He cast the torn garments aside, letting them fall in a heap on the marble floor, exposing his rippling, muscular torso that had long been hidden beneath layers of ceremonial garb.
His fur, sleek and dark as midnight, gleamed in the flickering torchlight, highlighting the sheer power that radiated from his eight-foot frame. His tail, long and thick, swayed with a newfound energy, and his broad shoulders rolled with the tension of pent-up strength. His massive hands clenched into fists, each as large as a boulder, as he flexed his arms, marveling at the raw power that rippled beneath his fur. His heart pounded with anticipation, a wild, untamed energy demanding release. The palace walls, once comforting in their familiarity, now felt like a cage—a prison holding him back from the world outside, where he could truly test the limits of his returned might.
With a deep, resonant grunt that echoed through the chamber, Akundae spun toward the massive window at the far end of the room. The moonlight streamed in, bathing the hall in a silvery glow, casting long shadows that seemed to dance with the emperor’s every movement. He didn’t hesitate. In a single, fluid motion, he charged across the room, his enormous feet pounding the ground with a force that shook the very foundations of the palace.
Reaching the window, he leaped, his powerful legs propelling him forward with an explosive force that shattered the glass. The shards scattered like glimmering stars as he soared through the air, his colossal body arcing gracefully into the night. For a brief moment, he was suspended above the capital city of B’halia, the cool night air rushing past him, the vast expanse of the empire spread out below like a sea of twinkling lights.
Then, he plummeted toward the ground, the wind whipping around him, exhilaration flooding his senses. He landed with the force of a meteorite, his massive feet striking the cobblestones with a resounding crash that echoed through the empty streets. The ground cracked beneath him, spiderwebs of fissures radiating out from the point of impact, but Akundae stood unharmed, the energy within him absorbing the shock as if it were nothing.
He smiled a devilsih smile. Without missing a beat, he sprang forward, his enormous limbs carrying him with blinding speed through the winding streets of the capital. He moved like a force of nature, faster than the wind itself, the world around him a blur of motion. The sensation of running at full strength after so many years of careful, measured steps was intoxicating—a rush of freedom that made his heart race with pure, unbridled joy.
As he raced through the city, his muscles surged with power, each stride sending him soaring through the air, covering vast distances with ease. He leaped over walls and rooftops, each bound sending him higher, faster, farther than the last. The city, once so familiar, now seemed a playground for his renewed strength, and he reveled in the euphoria of it all.
The people of B’halia, stirred from their slumber by the commotion, emerged from their homes and shops, their eyes wide with disbelief as they witnessed the impossible. Their emperor, older than almost any living being, a figure of distant power and authority, was now a blur of motion and vitality, a living legend come to life before their very eyes.
Akundae felt unstoppable, his strength limitless, his spirit soaring higher with each passing moment. The idea of leaving his throne, of setting out to conquer Vescruita, no longer seemed like a distant dream or a fanciful notion. It was tangible, real, and it excited him to no end. He could feel the thrill of the hunt, the challenge of conquest, the promise of new power and glory calling to him with an irresistible pull.
The world was his to claim, and with this newfound strength, he knew there was nothing that could stand in his way.. He could already see the future—his empire expanded, his enemies crushed beneath his mighty fists, his name spoken in reverence and fear across the lands.
And as he leaped from rooftop to rooftop, building to building, he stopped upon perhaps the highest perch in the city outside of his own. His eyes burning with an otherworldly glow. Akundae knew that this was just the beginning. The world had yet to see the full extent of his power, but soon, very soon, they would all know the true strength of the Zenith reborn.
Impending Doom [End]
Nestled deeply on a continent of the same name under the control of The Akundae, B'halia is the self proclaimed center of the world and the birthplace of the Empire. Humans have been routed from the continent, leaving a paradise for the Elv kind who pledge their undying fealty to the Empire's might.
